Where's the next Open Mic?

Evan found his Daddy's guitar in the basement a.k.a. the Guy's room and tried rocking out on it. I guess he's been watching VH1 Classic with Jim. Evan knew to strum, or at least whack, the guitar. I was amused

Oh yeah... I'm a rock star

watch me groove....

Geez, this thing is heavy! How do they do that?!

As Daddy calls it YOOOH-gurt... YOOOH-gurt

Evan likes his yogurt and doesn't like to be fed anymore. He knows where his spoons are and usually picks them out himself. He also knows where the yogurt is. When he is done, he either covers it and puts it back in the fridge or gets Mommy to pick him up so that he can rinse out the empty container and then throws it in the recycling bin. I'm so proud... my son recycles. So he feeds himself. yeah yeah yeah

And when he enjoys his food, he loves to say "Mmmmmmmm!!"

Oooh look, my chest is hungry

I'm a hungry man!

Forget those small bites of pizza, Mom. I'm a MAN. I'll eat this the MANLY-way.

Ooohhh cheese

I think I got some of Mommy's anchovy pizza

See Patty... this is how we go for a ride.

Cat! Cat! Cat!

I love my Patty Kat. My kitty, kitty, kitty...

I love my Patty Kat. My kitty, kitty, kitty...

Let's go for a ride...

Patty tolerates all the hugs, kisses, fistfull of pulled fur, the squeezes and the squeals. I don't know if she's just that amazing patient cat or just plain dumb

Let me show you...

This is how you put Desitin on....

Look at me!

Evan figured out all the switches in the house. The fan is his favourite. This is Evan climbing up the guest room bed to turn the fan on.

Who's there?

Me Do!

Evan doesn't mind brushing his teeth. However he cannot suck all the toothpaste off if Mommy or Daddy is holding on to the brush. That is a problem for him.

Spiderman!

Yeah... when he says he wants Daddy to carry him, he really means it...

Evan's summer pool

There were days this summer that were just too nice to stay indoors. So we did a little walmart pool for Evan.

What we didn't know was that Rockwell Park just down the street had a real kiddie pool open all summer!
