"Hop on, jump in!"

We got Evan a sandbox this year. One fine Saturday afternoon, Mommy and Evan decided to put it together. When Evan saw the screwdrivers, he immediately got into the building part, and sang Handy Manny's "hop on, Jump in" song as he helped me build it - I admit, we got it backwards at first but after much confusion, we got it right.

He was a terrific help. He knew where all the screws and washers went. The only thing he hasn't picked up is Daddy's verbal "encouragement" when putting stuff together. Those monologues usually ends with "....IKEA sucks."

After much work, he needed a break

And then back to work

Ahh, nothing taste as good as a pepsi after a hard day's work!
